Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Business Development Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients for Screenox Medias DOOH and creative services. The role involves conducting market research to understand client needs and industry trends, presenting tailored solutions, and supporting the development of proposals and pitches. The specialist will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align client requirements with campaign strategies and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day activities also include tracking sales performance, preparing reports.

• Candidates should possess strong negotiation, persuasion, and networking skills to secure partnerships and close deals.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management within advertising, media, or marketing agencies is highly beneficial.
• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office or Google Workspace, and basic understanding of DOOH or digital marketing ecosystems is an advantage.
