Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer - RCM Tech Applications at SCYO Decision Services located in Chennai. The CTO will be responsible for software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, and product development in the field of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities:

? Technology Enablement & Strategy Align tech initiatives with business goals, enhance internal applications, and implement targeted automation.

? Management of Internal Applications Oversee maintenance, performance, and integration of in-house RCM tools (TrackAR, Power BI, RPA bots, Drug Preference Tool, etc.).

? Data & Reporting Optimization Improve Power BI dashboards, ensure data integrity, and provide tech-driven insights.

? Process Automation & Operational Support Manage automation for claim status checks, eligibility verification, and other repetitive tasks.

? IT Security & Compliance align with Tech team Implement governance, security measures, and compliance protocols.

? Team Collaboration & Vendor Management Act as a liaison between tech teams, operations, and external vendors.

? Future Readiness & Digital Growth Explore emerging technologies (AI, ML, API integrations) for incremental improvements.

Educational Background:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• An MBA or Executive Management certification is a plus.

Technical Expertise:

• 15+ years of experience in IT leadership, with at least 5 years in a CTO or senior tech leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of software development, cloud computing, AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, SaaS platforms, and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.), databases, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience in healthcare RCM technology, process automation, and data analytics is preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
