Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- The individual is responsible for providing a cybersecurity solution and subject matter expertise including design & architecture
- Act as a Cybersecurity lead within the Cybersecurity Practice and drive customer communications & engagements, opportunities, OEM communications
- Architect multi-stack and multi-layer cyber defense solutions, considering applicable framework and Zero Trust approach for global customers
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure that technical knowledge is maintained and that the project gets delivered as designed.
- Work with partner vendors and develop technical peer relationships.
- Proactively share knowledge with the team and supports the development of other team members.
REQUIREMENT
- Well-rounded, knowledge across the Cybersecurity domain Cloud & Network Security, App Security, Security Operations, with hands-on experience of 12-15 years
- Understanding of Zero Trust Approach, Network Micro segmentation, Threat Exposure Management, and Modern Cybersecurity platforms
- Strong understanding & hands-on experience of Microsoft Security, Managed Security Service
- Architecture experience in defining and designing Secure Network, SASE, Zero Trust based defense in depth, Security Operations centre
- Proven experience in pricing models and estimations
- Hands-on experience in creating and delivering presentations
- Experience in Leading Advanced cybersecurity design & architectural conversations
- Ability to define and design security controls based on NIST, CIS, CSA and other standards
- Excellent Communication Skills
Technical Competencies:
- Should have strong experience in design, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of SIEM (MS Sentinel, Splunk/Securonix/Wazuh/etc.), SOAR, EDR (Crowd strike, Defender,.)
- Hands-On knowledge in DLP, Email Security, Web Security, with deep experience in Microsoft Security technologies (Defender, Purview, Azure native security, Sentinel, etc.)

- Ability to perform Threat Hunting exercises from telemetry
- Should have a clear understanding of the MITRE framework and how to operationalize the same across multiple functions of the Cyber Defence Centre
Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or comparable field required.
- Professional security management certification is desired, for example:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
- Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE)
