Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Handle social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
• Create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, banners, and promotional campaigns
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and lead generation activities
• Coordinate with the design and content team for marketing creatives and promotional materials
• Generate leads through organic and paid marketing channels
• Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies
• Assist in email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
• Work on brand awareness and online reputation management initiatives

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads
• Good communication and writing skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of Canva, AI tools, or basic designing tools will be an added advantage
• Understanding of lead generation strategies is preferred

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, IT, or related field
• Freshers with strong interest in Digital Marketing can also apply
• Candidates with internship or prior experience in digital marketing will be preferred
