Your Mission: The Role

You are a revenue-generating, value-creating forward-deployed solver (fds) in the Finance function, sitting right close to the CEOs office. You will directly drive financial clarity, strategic investment performance, and global tax optimization for Searces Founder, Promoter Hardik Parekh, and the Family Office entities.

Youll be a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for orchestrating transformational wealth strategies, complex cross-border reporting, and rigorous compliance for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and NRIs. You lead the charge from core financial finalization to high-impact strategic advisory by solving differently and relentlessly questioning the status quo.

Lets be clear: this is not your typical back-office ledger-entry finance role where you passively close books and file returns. At the Family Office, you get into the weeds, leading with a process-first mindset as our fellow solvers evlos (solve differently) strategic financial outcomes. You remain 100% accountable for the precision of reports, the integrity of compliance, and the real alpha realized across global portfolios.

Youre a forward-deployed finance solver who leads from the front—designing, structuring, and delivering strategic finance solutions for UHNI/HNI portfolios and global entities. You dont just report numbers—you bring strategic context to life through first-principles thinking and relentless problem-solving.

Your mission: Partner with the Founder and Senior Leadership. Translate financial complexity into clarity. Deliver compliant, high-performing financial structures that scale globally. Heres how youll make your mark:

Drive Financial Clarity & Finalization

• Own month-end and year-end close across family office entities; finalize multi-currency statements in full compliance with US GAAP, IND AS, and AS.
• Build bespoke reports tailored to UHNI/NRI global tax structures and liquidity needs, actionable financial intelligence, not dense static reporting. Be the reason leadership trusts every single metric.

Architect Strategic Wealth & Investments

• Analyze portfolio allocations, ROI, and risk from first principles to drive data-backed capital allocation.
• Convert raw market data and business deals into investment models, rolling forecasts, and strategic scenarios; apply the evlostrade mark methodology to continuously reimagine budgeting and cash-flow models.
• Structure cross-border investments and align tax compliance with long-term goals for optimal net returns.

Deliver Outcomes, Not Just Decks

• Own the full financial lifecycle — bookkeeping and bank reconciliations to high-level board presentations.

  Be the DRI for the Family Offices financial integrity, own internal controls, regulatory filings, and audit readiness end-to-end.
• Partner with external tax advisors, auditors, and global legal consultants for seamless cross-border operations; model Always in Beta on dynamic tax laws and reporting mandates.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2–5 years of intensive finance, accounting, and strategic analysis, ideally in a Family Office, UHNI/HNI wealth firm, or Big 4 / top-tier advisory.
• Credentials: Masters in Finance/Accounting or CA preferred; CPA/CFA/CMA a major plus.
• Cross-border depth: Proven track record with NRI regulations, transfer pricing concepts, and foreign entity compliance.
• Tech superpowers: Advanced spreadsheet architecture with dynamic scenario drivers; hands-on command of modern ERPs (Zoho or QuickBooks); automation mindset — automated bank feeds, expense workflows, and recurring journals.
• Strategic lens: Turns heavy general ledger data into crisp executive dashboards and forward-looking insights for the CEOs office.
• Integrity: Works directly with founders/senior leadership with absolute discretion and ethical standards.
