Your Mission: The Role

This is not a traditional Graduate role, nor is it a simple IT job. We are hiring the next generation of an elite team that serves as a force multiplier for our most strategic customers.

Your mission is to parachute into complex enterprise environments, diagnose their core infrastructure and application challenges, and lead their transformation to a modern, cloud-native world. You will be a trusted technical advisor and a hands-on builder, re-architecting the systems that power major businesses. You will use the cloud to grant them speed and reliability, and AI to accelerate the journey.

As a Cloud Transformation Engineer, you will be at the forefront of customer-facing innovation, responsible for delivering tangible business outcomes through technical excellence.

Become a Modernization Strategist:

Architect and Implement Cloud-Native Solutions: You will lead the hands-on work of migrating legacy systems and building new, scalable applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Your designs will prioritize security, performance, and operational excellence.

Leverage AI for Acceleration: Use AI-powered tools and techniques to supercharge the modernization process, from automated code refactoring and analysis to intelligent infrastructure provisioning and security assessments.

Embed DevOps & SRE Culture: You wont just build infrastructure; youll transform how customers work. You will introduce and implement modern practices like Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to make them faster and more resilient.

We are looking for future technology leaders, not just coders. We value raw intelligence, analytical rigor, and an obsessive passion for technology over any prior experience.

We are seeking future technology leaders who combine deep systems knowledge with a passion for solving business problems and a talent for clear communication.

➔ Proven Academic Mastery: You have a track record of consistent, top-tier academic performance (e.g., top 10% of your department) and are in your final year of a B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field at a premier institution. Hence, we are open for 0-1 years of experience.

➔ Exceptional Systems Thinkers: You have a strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, including operating systems, networking, and distributed systems. You can reason about complex systems and their failure modes.

➔ Cloud-Native Curiosity: You are passionate about cloud computing and have a foundational understanding of (or a deep desire to master):

• Cloud Platforms: Core services of a major cloud provider, with a strong preference for Google Cloud (GCP).
• Infrastructure as Code: Familiarity with the concepts of IaC. Hands-on experience with Terraform is a significant advantage.
• Containerization: Understanding of Docker and container orchestration concepts (e.g., Kubernetes).

➔ Automation-Obsessed: You have a natural instinct to automate repetitive tasks. You have hands-on scripting experience, preferably in Python or Go, and an interest in configuration management.
