About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Applied AI Engineer to design and scale AI-powered systems that transform business-critical workflows across Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Product.

This role focuses on production-grade AI systems—not experiments or demos. You will build systems used daily by non-technical teams, operating on messy, real-world data, with measurable impact on efficiency and outcomes.

You will work on:

• AI copilots for GTM and operations
• Intelligent search across internal knowledge and systems
• Workflow automation using LLMs and structured pipelines
• Systems that must be reliable, accurate, and scalable in production

This is a senior IC role for engineers who enjoy combining full-stack development, AI system design, and real-world problem solving.

Frontend

Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, v0 (Vercel)

Backend

Node.js (TypeScript), serverless APIs (AWS Lambda), Hono.js

Cloud & Infrastructure

AWS Lambda, S3, SQS (event-driven systems)

Data Layer

PostgreSQL (Supabase), Drizzle ORM, pgvector

AI Layer

LLMs, embeddings, RAG systems, prompt and retrieval design, AI-assisted development tools

• Build and ship AI-powered applications used daily across business teams
• Design RAG systems, retrieval pipelines, and prompt architectures
• Optimize systems across accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability
• Own systems end-to-end: design → build → deploy → iterate
• Work with unstructured, evolving data across internal systems
• Develop reusable patterns for AI workflows and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve high-impact problems

What Youll Achieve in 12 Months

0–90 Days

• Understand workflows, data systems, and bottlenecks
• Deliver initial AI-powered features (search, summarization, workflow support)

90–180 Days

• Launch production systems with measurable efficiency gains
• Improve reliability, usability, and adoption

180–360 Days

• Own multiple AI systems used across teams
• Drive long-term adoption and platform improvements

What You Bring

• 5+ years building production software systems (full-stack or backend-focused)
• Experience building AI-enabled applications using LLMs or automation systems
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (Next.js, Node.js)
• Experience designing and operating systems end-to-end, including deployment and monitoring
• Ability to work with ambiguous problems and real-world data
• Strong focus on impact, usability, and system reliability
• Experience building systems for business or operational teams
• Familiarity with AWS serverless (Lambda, S3, SQS)
• Experience with embeddings, vector search, or RAG systems
• Experience integrating with platforms such as Salesforce, analytics, or support tools
