Walk-in || Fund Accounting (Consultant / Assistant Manager / Manager)

Minimum Experience

• Consultant = 2+ years
• AM = 4+ years
• Manager = 8+ years

Practical experience in:

• Experienced in handling either private credit funds with exposure to fixed income products or end-to-end private equity experience
• Preparation and review of Capital call workings & capital call notices
• Calculation & review of management fee for various fund structures & strategies as per LPA
• Calculation & review of various fund expenses including accrued and actual expenses
• Computation & review of income accrual & income recognition for various fixed income products
• Preparation & review of capital & profit distribution workings as per fund distribution frequency
• Computation & review of distribution workings including re-allocation over various time periods
• Computation & review of incentive fees, performance fees including soft hurdle, hard hurdle and crystallization.
• Practical experience in computation and review of equalization levy
• Practical experience in computation and review of waterfall calculations
• Valuation of investments for various fund structures based on pre-defined price sources
• Preparation & review of GAV & NAV as per the fund reporting frequencies & finalization
• Creation and review of GP / LP NAV packs covering all reporting requirements
• Computation & review of performance metrics for the funds like ROC, IRR, TWRR etc.
• Handled quarter-end activities covering right from capital contributions to NAV publish, review & finalization
• Preparation and review of financial statements & notes to accounts
• Experience on Lux GAAP or US GAAP is preferred
• Experience in performing fund controllership activities including coordination with administrators and review of various deliverables
• Coordination with fund onboarding team in case of new fund launches
• Assisting the team in review of various fund documents, deal documentation & others
• Coordination with various internal and external stakeholders
