Job Description
- The role of Salesperson in e-commerce based in Surat is a full-time on-site position where you will be responsible for selling products, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. Your daily responsibilities will include interacting with customers, processing sales transactions, training new team members, and monitoring sales performance.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and customer service skills, along with previous experience in Sales and Sales Management. You must have the ability to effectively train and mentor new team members, demonstrate a proven track record in achieving sales targets, exhibit excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration, work independently, and efficiently handle multiple tasks. Experience in the e-commerce industry would be advantageous.
