Senior Private Equity Associate - Growth Equity

What role you will play in team: Lead due diligence efforts on potential growth equity investments. Your expertise will be critical in identifying promising companies and structuring winning investment deals.

What you will do: You'll lead financial modeling, develop investment theses, and mentor junior team members. You'll represent the firm in negotiations with target companies.

Key responsibility:

• Lead due diligence efforts on potential growth equity investments.
• Develop investment theses and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Prepare and present investment recommendations to the investment committee.
• Structure and negotiate investment terms with target companies.
• 
  Monitor and manage portfolio companies' performance.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
• Extensive financial modeling and valuation experience.
• Strong understanding of growth equity investing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
