Job Description
Responsibilities:-
- Develop relationships and become a trusted finance business partner across the organization: partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Sales Support; enable a proactive and collaborative culture to obtain shared goals.
- Assist business partners and senior management with special projects in supporting strategic decision-making (e.g., scenario analysis, business forecasting, sales productivity analysis).
- Create and maintain a consistent and actionable scorecard including but not limited to Top 50 Customer reporting, Reporting by Area and Sales Rep, Strategic Initiatives and Accounts, Pricing, Discounting, Payment Terms, and other KPIs as needed.
- Stay abreast and analyze commercial activities and keep finance and sales up-to-date to strengthen sales forecasting. Maintain detailed records that will help business partners understand their results.
- Ensure numbers have been rigorously reviewed before submission for quarter-end and year-end reporting.
- Consolidate, standardize, and improve reporting; synthesize data to draw insights, ensuring that all variances are challenged and understood.
- Contribute to on-time monthly and quarterly forecasts and reporting through analysis and insightful support.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis that is actionable to support decision-making and reporting.
- Prepare presentations and other supporting materials to help translate numbers into a narrative monthly as required.
- Drive data consistency across multiple systems.

- Participate in special projects to improve reporting, analytical tools, and internal processes to enhance management decision process.
Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant or MBA in Finance with 3-5 years relevant experience.
