Job Title: US IT Recruiter (3+ Years)

Location: Remote (Chennai)

Shift: US (Night Shift) - 6.30PMto 3.30AM

Note: Applicants must be based in Tamil Nadu

Job Summary:

Looking for a US IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market.

Responsibilities:

• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and Dice.
• Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and job requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Negotiate compensation and ensure candidate onboarding
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data roles)
• Familiarity with US tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good negotiation and relationship management skills
