What You Get to Do

Design and build cutting-edge GenAI solutions that power analytics and insights in HR, benefits, and payroll

Lead the development of AI systems that make complex data accessible and actionable for business users

Fine-tune and deploy large language models to solve real business challenges

Guide junior data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions

Shape the future of how AI can support HR & Finance teams in high-growth companies

Qualifications

Ph.D. or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

12+ years of hands-on data science experience, with recent focus on GenAI/LLMs

Proven track record of taking AI projects from prototype to production

Strong experience with:

o LLM development and fine-tuning (e.g., GPT models, embedding models)

o Production ML deployment and monitoring

o Python development and API design

o Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders

What Sets You Apart:

Experience optimizing LLMs for production (cost, latency, scaling)

Track record of maintaining AI systems in production

Ability to balance innovation with practical business needs

Experience with HR/people analytics domain
