Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

• 10+ years of hands-on data science experience, with recent focus on GenAI/LLMs

• Proven track record of taking AI projects from prototype to production

• Strong experience with:

o LLM development and fine-tuning (e.g., GPT models, embedding models)

o Modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain)

o Production ML deployment and monitoring

o Python development and API design

o Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
