Job Description

Role OverviewWe are seeking a junior-level professional who will be responsible for product demos, customer onboarding, basic issue resolution, and driving adoption of paid features on the Offrd platform. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills along with a basic technical understanding.Preferred joining timeline: Immediate to within 30 days.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Demos & Onboarding

  • Conduct live product demonstrations for prospective customers via Zoom/Teams
  • Onboard new customers and guide them through key product features
  • Clearly communicate product value and real-world use cases

Customer Support & Issue Handling

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer-reported issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor functional or configuration issues
  • Coordinate with the engineering/product teams for complex issues
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction

Paid Feature Adoption & Upsell

  • Educate customers on premium and paid features
  • Encourage upgrades by highlighting benefits and ROI
  • Support customers during trial-to-paid conversion

Customer Communication

  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication with customers

    Handle objections, questions, and feedback effectively
  • Maintain basic documentation of customer interactions and issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in SaaS product demos, customer success, support, or pre-sales
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Ability to speak Hindi (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of web/mobile applications and SaaS workflows
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet
  • Familiarity with ticketing or CRM tools (basic level)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
