• Review and analyze raw footage to identify strong hooks that capture audience attention in the first 35 seconds.
• Edit videos based on project requirements, including trimming, cutting, sequencing, transitions, sound syncing, and effects.
• Create short-form videos, reels, ads, and promotional content optimized for social media platforms.
• Ensure all videos maintain brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.
  
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand content requirements and deliver high-quality output.
• Shoot the students' bytes and capture the event glimpses.
• Give the content Hook for the Video Created
• Develop visually appealing designs for digital platforms, including social media posts, banners, ads, and thumbnails.
• Create video templates for recurring design needs while maintaining brand identity.

Tools & Software Knowledge

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects (for motion graphics is a plus)
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools
• Knowledge of color grading, audio correction, and motion graphics is an added advantage
