- Review and analyze raw footage to identify strong hooks that capture audience attention in the first 35 seconds.
- Edit videos based on project requirements, including trimming, cutting, sequencing, transitions, sound syncing, and effects.
- Create short-form videos, reels, ads, and promotional content optimized for social media platforms.

- Ensure all videos maintain brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand content requirements and deliver high-quality output.
- Shoot the students' bytes and capture the event glimpses.
- Give the content Hook for the Video Created
- Develop visually appealing designs for digital platforms, including social media posts, banners, ads, and thumbnails.
- Create video templates for recurring design needs while maintaining brand identity.
Tools & Software Knowledge
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects (for motion graphics is a plus)
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools
- Knowledge of color grading, audio correction, and motion graphics is an added advantage
