Role & responsibilities


Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Operations Associate with 46 years of experience in HR operations,

particularly supporting US-based candidates. The role requires strong expertise in offer letter management, training

calendar/report generation, compliance tracking, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR

policies, US employment requirements, and operational excellence in documentation and process management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer Letter & Onboarding Compliance
  • Draft, review, and release offer letters in alignment with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with US employment laws and internal audit requirements.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to ensure timely and seamless onboarding of new hires.
  • Training Calendar & Reporting
  • Prepare and maintain monthly/quarterly training calendars for HR and organizational development programs.
  • Generate reports on training participation completion status for all new joiner
  • Track compliance training completion and escalate non-adherence as required.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with US HR teams, Talent Acquisition, and managers to resolve queries effectively.

  • Act as a single point of contact for offer management and HR operations reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably with exposure to US HR processes.
  • Strong knowledge of offer management, compliance tracking, and HR reporting.
  • Hands-on experience in HRIS tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and process-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
