Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Leader in ER&D / Engineering Services to drive strategic growth across key accounts in areas such as telecom, semiconductor, and software product engineering. This role will focus on large deal hunting, account mining, and CXO-level engagement, with ownership of revenue growth and long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage CXO-level relationships (CTO, Engineering Heads, R&D Leaders)
- Own end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure
- Lead large, multi-year deal pursuits and strategic account planning
- Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to create tailored value propositions
- Track market trends across telecom, semiconductor, and digital engineering ecosystems
- Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets

- 15+ years of experience in ER&D / Engineering Services sales
- Strong exposure to telecom, networks, semiconductor, embedded systems, or software product engineering
- Proven track record of closing large deals and driving revenue growth
- Experience in account mining and client acquisition
- Strong stakeholder management and CXO engagement skills
- Prior experience with leading IT/engineering services firms preferred
