Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive hiring mandates as an integral part of the HRBP charter
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on complex people matters
- Use data and insights to enable informed HR and business decisions
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- MBA (2019-2020 batch) from a Tier-1 institute
- 6+ years of HRBP experience with technology/product teams

- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and solve complex challenges
- High comfort with data, analytics, and strong Excel skills
