Analyst (Financial Modelling)

Role & responsibilities

• Database-specific financial modeling requiring building/modifying/linking available financial models and customizing them based on the clients guidelines.
• Creating and linking excel and database-specific formulae in the provided/new template
• Create buy side and sell side firm and contact profiles.
• Populating historical financials to understand the companys operating/financial history.
• Need to understand and create models on Equity, Fixed income and derivative instruments
  
• Taking ownership of individual deliverables within the specified timelines and at expected quality.
• Good understanding of databases such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ, Refinitv etc. required.
• Shift timings (Rotational).

Academic Qualification –Certifications: 

MBA or Post graduation in Finance (any level of CFA/FRM is added advantage)

- MUST have strong analytical skills.

- Excellent Computer skills - especially Microsoft Excel and VBA (not mandatory though).

- Familiarity with financial concepts and sound understanding about global financial markets.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to handle complex customer problems independently.

- Ability to meet deadlines and expected levels of service quality.

- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and delivering all of them within the timeframe by meeting desired service expectations.

- Should showcase immense flexibility, have good eye for detail and have learning agility
