Key Responsibilities
Web-to-Lead Growth: Own the strategy for website performance, technical SEO, and conversion paths to move users from anonymous visitors to SQLs.
Search & AI Discovery: Lead the end-to-end SEO program and develop playbooks for visibility across AI answer engines and LLMs (LLMO/AEO).
Lifecycle & Automation: Manage the marketing automation architecture, including lead scoring, nurture journeys, and email deliverability.
Performance & Measurement: Build a "single source of truth" for reporting and lead CRO initiatives through continuous A/B testing.
Stack & Paid Execution: Own the martech roadmap (CRM, CMS, Analytics) and hands-on execution of paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google.
Governance: Enforce data hygiene, UTM discipline, and campaign QA checklists to ensure high-quality outputs.
Required Skills
Core Expertise: Deep execution capability in technical SEO, CRO, marketing automation, and web analytics.

Lifecycle Management: Strong experience in segmentation, lead routing, personalization, and email governance.
Technical Tools: Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
Paid Media: Experience driving paid campaigns via Google (including Performance Max) and LinkedIn.
Mindset: An "execution-first" operator who builds systems rather than just supervising them.
