Floor Manager - From Hotel Or Retail ( Must Know Kannada Language )

• Welcome visitors at the Experience Centre and coordinate their tours with Ushers.
• Guide and educate visitors about the Centres concepts and Toyota products.
• Answer visitor queries accurately and provide detailed information about product features.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Supervise and coordinate Human Resources personnel assigned for the
• operation and maintenance of the Experience Centre.
• Handle visitor and support staff interactions and respond to queries
• efficiently.
• Assist the Centre Manager with daily administration and coordination
• tasks.
• Ensure smooth operations and excellent visitor experience at all times.
  Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in public interaction roles (Front
• Desk/Guest Relations in 4/5 Star Hotels preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage and coordinate staff effectively.
• Professional, courteous, and presentable appearance.
