It operates through company-owned outlets and central kitchens, with strong focus on quality, branding, and customer experience.

Position : Cluster Manager

Department : FOH

Location : Delhi NCR

Education : Any Graduate OR Diploma in Hotel Management

Experience:

• 5 to 7 years of hospitality or retail experience, with 2+ years in QSR / cafe / bakery operations.
• Prior experience managing 2 to 4 outlets or acting as a senior outlet manager / assistant area manager.
  
• Exposure to local marketing, people management, and P&L understanding preferred.
• Strong focus on execution, guest service, and team development.

Role Summary :

The Cluster Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, and consistent sales performance across a cluster of outlets. This role focuses on executing brand standards, driving operational efficiency, and developing outlet teams to deliver high-quality guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Development & Leadership
• Recruit, train, and mentor Outlet Managers and team members to build high-performing teams.
• Drive team engagement and performance through regular coaching and reviews.
• Operational Excellence
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all outlets in the cluster.
• Maintain outlet hygiene, safety, and compliance with health standards.
• Monitor inventory management, cash handling, and daily operations.
• Sales & Guest Experience
• Support outlet teams in achieving monthly sales and profitability targets.
• Ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Execute local store marketing (LSM) activities as directed by the Area Manager to drive footfall and brand visibility.
• Process & Efficiency
• Track and report key operational metrics and take corrective action where needed.
• Support accurate demand forecasting and minimize wastage.
• Oversee in-store product display standards and online menu hygiene on platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, and brand website.
• Maintenance & New Store Readiness
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely upkeep of outlets.
• Support the launch and stabilization of new outlets within the cluster.

Package : 6.00 LPA to 9.00 LPA
