Senior Management Consultant - Operations Optimization

What role you will play in team: Lead and mentor junior consultants, ensuring project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibility:

• Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and deliver presentations and reports to clients.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and develop recommendations.
• Mentor and train junior consultants.
• 
  Manage client relationships and expectations.
• Contribute to business development activities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering consulting projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
