Inspection Engineer - Shutdown

Roles & Responsibilities

• Inspect mechanical works during oil & gas shutdown/turnaround activities.
  
• Inspect piping, pressure vessels, static and rotating equipment.
  
• Verify welding, NDT, dimensional checks, pressure testing, and PWHT activities.
  
• 
  Ensure PWHT parameters, equipment calibration, and records meet approved procedures.
  
• Review inspection reports, PWHT charts, and close punch points.
  
• Ensure compliance with ASME/API standards and HSE requirements.

Get Hired
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  
• Shutdown experience in oil & gas or petrochemical plants.
  
• Knowledge of welding, NDT, PWHT, and pressure equipment.
  
• Familiar with ASME, API, and piping codes.
  
• Ability to read P&IDs, isometrics, and inspection records.
