Shadowfax - Senior Director - Enterprise Sales - 3PL/Logistics

Role Overview
We are building the next phase of scale in enterprise logistics. This role owns the charter to win and grow large, strategic accounts and shape high-value, long-term partnerships across e-commerce and retail. You will directly influence revenue, network utilization, and long-term market positioning.
What You'll Own
1. Drive enterprise revenue by acquiring and scaling large national accounts.
2. Partner with operations, network design, pricing, and product teams to craft scalable, cost-efficient solutions.
3. Build a predictable, high-quality pipeline and deliver consistent quarterly performance.
4. Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team as the business scales.
5. Bring market insight-competitor moves, pricing trends, and emerging customer needs-to shape commercial strategy.
What We're Looking For

1. 8-10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in 3PL, express logistics, e-commerce logistics, or supply chain solutions.
2. Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and ability to sell complex, customized solutions.
3. Credibility to engage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
4. High ownership mindset, execution speed, and comfort working in fast-scaling, high-growth environments.
5. MBA or equivalent preferred.
