Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohpa for the position of Senior Executive Human Resources. The Senior Executive HR will oversee day-to-day HR operations, manage employee relations, handle recruitment and onboarding, support talent development, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating training programs, facilitating performance management processes, and contributing to HR policy development and execution.

• Proficiency in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Experience in compliance management and handling statutory requirements

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proven track record of contributing to HR policy formulation and change management
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the healthcare or service industry would be a plus
