Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Ley responsibilities specifically relevant to EPC / Construction sector encompassing over both Indian and English Law :
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating EPC contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Arbitration / Litigation : Handling litigation matters related to EPC projects, including drafting pleadings, and negotiating settlements.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including environmental regulations, labor laws, and other applicable legal requirements.
Due Diligence: Conducting legal due diligence for project-related transactions, including NDAs, Assignments etc

Project Management: Supporting project teams with legal advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management: Identifying and assessing legal risks associated with EPC projects and developing strategies to mitigate those risks.
Compliance Training: Developing and delivering legal compliance training programs for company personnel.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with external legal counsel, consultants, and other stakeholders.
