Who are we and What we do:
ShareChat (Mohalla Tech Pvt Ltd) is India's largest homegrown social media company and the only local player to achieve profitability in the industry, with 200+ million Monthly Monetizable Users across all its platforms.
Founded in 2015, ShareChat has social media brands such as the ShareChat App and Moj App and micro drama app QuickTV under its portfolio.
QuickTV, the newest addition to ShareChat's family of apps, crossed the 10 million downloads mark within 3 months of launch and currently has 60Mn MAUs across the network viewing the vertical episodic content.
Today, the ShareChat network maintains a whopping 1,000 Cr ARR and is India's leading social media platform servicing users across the country in 15 regional languages.
This growth has led to a 28% YoY revenue growth in the July-Sept (2025-26) quarter and increased it by more than 60% in the Oct-Dec quarter.
What does the team do?
This team works with some of the top FMCG companies to help them achieve their brand tasks through Sharechat Network's advertising solutions.
They consult the brand and the media teams drive the best efficiency and effectiveness for their brands.
What You'll Do?
- Proven ability to independently run 2 of our largest, most demanding accounts in FMCG, with the seniority and polish to hold CXO-level relationships and drive professional outreach without needing support from above.
- Built as an individual-contributor seat in our flat structure, this role gives you direct ownership of marquee accounts from day one.
- Ability to develop relationships with FMCG clients' media and brand teams and the media agency planners.
- Data driven with excellent storytelling skills, must articulate business solutions in an insightful manner.
- Responsible for selling display, video and content driven sales solutions for revenue generation.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that goes deep in building strategic value.
- Ability to act as an advisor to clients to drive business.
Who are you?
- 9+ years of digital sales experience, previous experience with FMCG clients is an advantage.
- You think and solution at the brand level - going beyond pitching media plans to genuinely shaping brand strategy and creative problem-solving for the client.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to excel at consultative selling.
- Experience working with brand stakeholders, both internal and external.
