Manufacturing Engineer/ Process Engineer- Moulding /Assembly

Role & responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement in productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Design and implement new or improved process systems, equipment, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot problems in manufacturing, often collaborating with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve bottlenecks and technical challenges.
• Conduct risk assessments, ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, and establish operating procedures.
• Perform process simulations, statistical analyses, and capability studies to support data-driven decision-making.
• Document processes and provide training to production staff on new procedures and systems.
• Lead process validation activities and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
