Sheopals, a leading Ayurvedic & Health-Wellness D2C brand, is hiring a PPC Ads Manager

• with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Native Ads (Taboola, MGID,
• TrafficStars, ExoClick). The ideal candidate must be performance-driven and capable of
• scaling high-budget campaigns profitably within the Ayurvedic/health & wellness or
• Nutraceuticals niche.

Key Responsibilities

• -Manage & optimize Google Search, Display, PMax, YouTube
• -Run high-ROI Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• -Execute & scale Native Ads: Taboola, MGID, RevContent, TrafficStars, ExoClick
• -Create & test landing pages, funnels & creative
• -Daily monitoring of CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC & conversions
• -Handle ad budgets of 50k – 3L/day
• -Improve quality of leads & drive revenue growth
• -Report performance insights to management

Required Skills

• 3–7 yrs experience in performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta, Google & Native networks (Mandatory)
• Experience in high-volume D2C/eCommerce campaigns
• Good understanding of pixels, tracking, GTM, UTMs
• Strong analytical & Excel skills
• Experience with adult/native traffic (TrafficStars/ExoClick) is a plus
