Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive / Student Counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential students, understanding their learning goals, and helping them enroll in our online programs. You will play a key part in driving admissions, maintaining relationships with leads, and ensuring each student receives the right guidance throughout their decision-making journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel and guide students through the enrolment process for our online courses.
- Conduct daily lead analysis and follow up with potential learners to ensure timely conversions.
- Understand customer behavior and tailor communication based on buying preferences.
- Manage and update records using CRM tools effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the student experience and streamline admission processes.
- Achieve monthly targets while maintaining a strong focus on relationship-building and student satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Student Counselling (preferably in the EdTech sector).
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Good understanding of CRM systems and lead management.
