We are specifically looking for professionals who have completed their CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification and possess a deep technical understanding of US tax-efficient trading and retirement planning.
This is an onsite role based in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai , operating in the US Shift , with dedicated home-drop transportation provided.

Position Details
- Role: Analyst / Senior Analyst / SME Client Account Trader
- Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai (5 Days Onsite)
- Shift: US Shift (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST)
- Experience: 2 to 6 Years
- Certification: CFP (Completed) is Mandatory
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Key Responsibilities
- Tax-Efficient Trading: Implement US taxation strategies to minimize tax impact on investor portfolios; manage taxable vs. municipal bond substitutions.
- RedBlack Mastery: Lead rebalances, bulk trading, and the setup of SMA/UMA, equivalencies, and restrictions within the RedBlack platform.
- Account Strategy: Oversee IRA, ROTH IRA, Rollover, and Joint accounts, ensuring optimal asset location and cash flow management (contributions/withdrawals).
- Trade Lifecycle: Execute buy/sell orders ensuring best execution practices; monitor the lifecycle from initiation through to settlement.
- Portfolio Oversight: Align portfolios with specific investment mandates, risk parameters, and compliance requirements.
- Operational Coordination: Resolve trade breaks and discrepancies by collaborating with internal operations and external advisors.
- Must-Have:
- Completed CFP Certification.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in investment trading or wealth management.
- Hands-on experience with RedBlack software.
- Deep knowledge of US Markets , 401k, and Retirement Planning.
- Expertise in Active Passive investing and asset rotation methods.
- Technical Proficiencies:
- Strong understanding of bond portfolios (Taxable vs. Municipal substitutes).
- Proficiency in portfolio management systems and order management tools.
- Bachelors Degree in Math, Finance, Accounting, or Business.
