Venture Capital Associate - Fintech

What role you will play in team: You will be part of a team focused on identifying and investing in promising Fintech startups.

What you will do: Your responsibilities will include sourcing deals, conducting due diligence, and assisting with portfolio management.

Key responsibility:

• Source and screen potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for investment committee.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and provide support to portfolio companies.
• 
  Maintain relationships with entrepreneurs and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain industry expertise.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Understanding of the Fintech industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
