Venture Capital Associate - Fintech

What role you will play in team: You'll be a key member of our Fintech-focused Venture Capital team, involved in sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments in early-stage companies.

What you will do: This includes market research, financial modeling, and due diligence processes.

Key responsibility:

• Sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities in the Fintech sector
• Conducting financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
• Preparing investment memos and presentations for investment committee review
• 
  Monitoring portfolio company performance and providing support to portfolio companies
• Building and maintaining relationships with entrepreneurs and industry experts

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in venture capital or a related field
• Strong understanding of the Fintech industry
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proven experience in financial modeling and valuation
