Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Sales Professional/Business Development Executive. The individual will drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, nurturing client relationships, and creating sales strategies. Responsibilities include generating new leads, delivering product presentations, negotiating deals, achieving sales targets, and gathering market intelligence to refine outreach efforts. Collaboration with internal teams to address client needs and ensure optimal customer satisfaction will also be critical.

Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify potential opportunities, and craft strategic plans

    Knowledge of international shipping or logistics operations is a plus
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
