Contact Centre Excutive - INBOUND & OUTBOUND
INBOUND & OUTBOUND-
Requirements-
1. Qualifications- Graduate
2. Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in Banking 1-2 years.
3. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
5. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
6. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
7. Managing Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner
8. Identifying customer needs, clarify information and providing solutions.
9. Knowledge of MS Excel a must- all types of formulas
10. Capable enough to create a PPT on various topics.
11. Should be able to create MIS on daily work done.
12. Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
13. Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities-
1. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics/calls for both Inbound and Outbound.
2. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
3. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
4. Keep records of all the conversations.
5. To meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
6. Should be proactive in approach.
