Position: Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager International Admissions

About the Role The Senior Manager / AGM International Admissions will lead regional recruitment and drive international student enrolment across global markets. The role focuses on executing admission strategies, managing agent networks, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective international students from inquiry to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional recruitment strategies for SAARC and Non-SAARC countries.

Strengthen global presence through partnerships with agents, schools, and institutions.

Plan and execute admission drives, webinars, and digital campaigns across key regions: o SAARC: Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh. o Africa: West, East, South. o MENA & SEA: UAE, Egypt, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar.

Manage the full admission cycle, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high conversion.

Collaborate with marketing and visa teams for targeted promotions and smooth onboarding.

Track regional performance, analyse data, and report on market trends.

Mentor and guide the admissions team for operational excellence. Qualifications & Skills

Masters degree in International Relations, Business, or related field.

610 years experience in international admissions or student recruitment.

Have driven international admissions directly with 300+ admissions across

Great Strategy development and Competitive analysis skills.

Must have a great travel exposure in SAARC & Non-SAARC Countries.

Strong understanding of international education markets and compliance processes.

Excellent communication, networking, and cross-cultural skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools (m Lead Squared) and data-driven reporting.
