Key Responsibilities

Video Shooting & Production

• Capture high-quality video footage for university events, seminars, workshops, convocations, cultural programs, and official functions.
  
• Shoot promotional videos, admission campaigns, faculty profiles, student testimonials, and campus tours.
  
• Operate professional video cameras, drones (if certified), and related equipment.
  
• Ensure proper framing, lighting, and sound quality during shoots.
  

Pre-Production Coordination

• Assist in concept development and storyboard planning.
  
• Conduct location recce to assess lighting, sound, and setup requirements.
  
• Coordinate with departments for scheduling and shoot planning.
  

Audio & Lighting Management

• Set up microphones, sound recorders, and lighting equipment.
  
• Ensure clear audio capture and appropriate lighting conditions.
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots.

Academic & Digital Content Support

• Record lectures, webinars, training sessions, and online course content.
  
• Support live streaming of academic and promotional events.
  

Equipment & Asset Management

• Maintain and safeguard cameras, lenses, tripods, drones, and other equipment.
  
• Ensure regular servicing and proper storage of equipment.
  
• Maintain digital backup of raw footage.
