Manager - Talent Acquisition - IT/BPO

• Job Role: Talent Acquisition Manager (should be currently working in lead/manager roles only) & should be mainly an IT Recruiter with BPO hiring experience
• Location: Bangalore (Kalyan Nagar)
• Work Mode - 5 days work from office
• Position - Permanent
• Notice period - immediate joiners or 15 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle for IT and BPO roles
• Develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with business goals
• Handle bulk and niche hiring requirements
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs
• Ensure quality hiring within defined TATs and budgets
• Drive employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of total experience in Talent Acquisition
• Currently working as a Talent Acquisition Lead / Manager
• Strong background in IT recruitment (mandatory)
• Proven experience in BPO hiring
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience with ATS, job portals, and social hiring platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
