Job Description
- You will be joining our team as a Consultant, where you will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to help both clients and our organization reach their business objectives. Your role will involve analyzing challenges, formulating strategies, and collaborating with teams to ensure the successful execution of these strategies.
Your responsibilities in this role will include understanding client and business requirements, identifying key challenges, conducting market research and data analysis, and developing actionable recommendations. You will be expected to create reports, present findings and solutions to clients and management, support in the implementation of solutions, and monitor outcomes to ensure effectiveness. Additionally, you will need to maintain continuous engagement with clients to guarantee their satisfaction and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
To excel in this position, you should have prior experience working as a Consultant or in a similar capacity. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and business analysis tools will be advantageous for this role.

This is a full-time position based in Mohali with a salary range of 35000 to 45000. Your work location will be in person, requiring your physical presence for the job.,
