• About the Role
• Shri Ji Irrigation is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition who can take ownership of the complete recruitment cycle.
• The primary responsibility of this role will be to source, screen, interview, follow up and successfully onboard suitable candidates for different positions within the company.
• Key Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct daily candidate calling and initial screening.
• Understand manpower requirements and maintain an active recruitment pipeline.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Follow up with candidates before and after interviews.
• Coordinate selection, offer and joining processes.
• Maintain backup candidates for urgent vacancies.
• Follow up with selected candidates until actual joining.
• Maintain accurate Candidate Tracker and Recruitment MIS.
• Track daily and weekly recruitment performance.
• Support employee onboarding and basic HR coordination when required.
• Ensure vacancies are closed within defined timelines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will primarily be measured on:

• Qualified candidates sourced
• Recruitment calls completed
• Interviews scheduled
• Interview attendance
• Quality of shortlisted candidates
• Offer-to-joining conversion
• Actual employee joining
• Vacancy closure time
• Candidate follow-up
• Recruitment MIS & reporting discipline

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / MBA HR preferred
• Previous experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition preferred
• Strong communication and candidate-handling skills
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals
• Comfortable with recruitment calling and follow-ups
• Good Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Strong ownership and follow-up skills
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach
• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
