Position: Tool Room Head

Department :Tool Room

Reports To : VP Operations

Location : Vadodara

Team Size : 70–80 persons; Direct Reports: 5–6

Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or PG Diploma in Tooling (CIPET/IGTR/ISTC/TRTC etc.).

Experience : 15–20 years in Tool Room Operations with at least 8–10 years in a leadership role. Hands-on experience in tool design, development and maintenance.

• · Convert design intent into manufacturable tooling solutions.
• · Optimizing machining methods and cycle times.

• · Knowledge of hot runner systems maintenance.
• · Manage shift planning and execution.
• · Documentation of machines/tools history, maintenance logs and modifications.
• · Expertise in CNC and conventional machines.
• · Knowledge of tool steels, heat treatment and coatings.
• · Improvement & cost reduction projects.
• · Managing ISO, EHS, OHSAS, customer audits and compliances.
• · Yearly goal setting, monitoring and reporting.
