As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking to hire a highly experienced and dedicated Electrical Head to oversee electrical design, vendor management, and execution across our warehousing and commercial infrastructure projects.

The Electrical Manager will be responsible for managing and executing electrical works for our warehouse infrastructure projects. The role requires deep technical understanding of electrical systems, ability to review drawings, prepare BOQ, finalize vendors through negotiation, and ensure timely completion of work at site with quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1.Review, interpret, and verify electrical designs, layouts, and drawings for warehouse projects.

2.Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, and material lists required for execution.

3.Conduct vendor evaluation, floating enquiries, negotiating rates & finalizing contractors/suppliers.

4.Manage and monitor execution of electrical installations at site, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timelines.

5.Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, project managers, and external agencies.

6.Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including:

7.HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, Internal & external lighting, cabling, earthing

8.Fire alarm systems, CCTV, PA systems, networking

Energy efficiency & load planning

9.Maintain site documentation, measurement sheets, billing verification, and project reporting.

10.Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, statutory norms, and safety guidelines.

11.Resolve site execution issues, technical queries and ensure smooth project deployment.

Candidate Requirements

1.Willingness to Travel and stay outside bangalore as project requirement.

2.Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering.

3.Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical execution works, 4.preferably in warehouse / industrial / commercial projects.

5.Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, vendor negotiations, and onsite execution.

6.Strong understanding of electrical drawings, schematics, and load calculations.

7.Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and statutory approvals.

8.Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

9.Ability to independently manage contractors and deliver results within timelines & cost.
