Job Description
- As a Senior Sales Manager at Shri Lakshmi Steel Suppliers (SLSS), you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and managing client relationships. With over 35 years of experience in the steel industry, SLSS is renowned for delivering high-quality steel solutions such as TMT Bars and Galvanized Pipes. Led by our Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Vinod Kumar Singhl, SLSS has established itself as a premier trading house and manufacturer of DuraStrong steel products, emphasizing excellence, exceptional customer service, robust IT infrastructure, and ethical business practices.
In this full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode, you will be tasked with developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Your responsibilities will include overseeing sales operations, collaborating with the marketing team, providing sales forecasts, and effectively leading a team of sales professionals. Your expertise in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy will be crucial in driving the success of our sales initiatives.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in overseeing sales operations and achieving accurate sales targets will be advantageous. A background in the steel industry would be beneficial, although not mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required to be considered for this position.
