Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee day-to-day accounting transactions and books of accounts.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income and expenditure reports.
• Handle bank reconciliation, TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance.
• Supervise billing, payments, receipts, and payroll accounting.
• Coordinate with auditors for periodic audits and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain donor contribution records and prepare utilisation statements.
• Assist management in budgeting, fund allocation, and cost analysis.
• Ensure financial discipline and accuracy in all accounting processes.
  
  
  

Desired Skills

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of non-profit accounting and compliance (preferred).
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
