Role Description The Marketing Executive for gold loans will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and business growth for Shriram Finances gold loan products in the Barang branch. This full-time, on-site role includes planning and executing local marketing activities, engaging with potential customers, and promoting gold loan offerings through field visits, branch events, and relationship-building with local communities and business partners. The role involves conducting market research, identifying new customer segments, and coordinating with the sales team to meet branch-level targets. The Marketing Executive will support the development of promotional campaigns, ensure consistent branding and messaging, and provide regular reports on marketing performance and customer feedback. The position requires close collaboration with branch staff and regional leadership to implement strategic initiatives aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans, with strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing focused on gold loan products.
• Proficiency in conducting Market Research to understand local customer needs, competition, and emerging opportunities.
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with customers, community stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Proven aptitude in Sales and customer acquisition, preferably in financial services or gold loan offerings.
• Minimum educational qualification of a bachelors degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Comfort working in an on-site, field-focused role in Barang, with the ability to build local networks and partnerships.
• Basic understanding of retail lending or NBFC operations; prior experience in gold loans or allied financial products is an advantage.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and customer-centric approach, with readiness to meet performance targets and timelines.
