About the role:

We are seeking a Product Manager- PPI & Wallets to lead the strategy, development, and growth of our digital payment solutions. This role is ideal for a product leader with strong expertise in regulated financial products, eager to drive innovation while ensuring compliance with RBI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Prepaid Card Management Switches (PCMS) and ensuring a robust, scalable, and compliant transaction infrastructure.
• Lead as Product Manager for multiple PPI categories, including Domestic Open Loop, Semi-Closed, Gift, and Closed Loop PPIs, overseeing their end-to-end lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps
  
  for the Prepaid Card Management System in alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology, operations, compliance, and finance to ensure seamless implementation, performance optimization, and adherence to RBI regulations for all PPI products.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of PPI & Wallet products from ideation, design, and development to launch and continuous enhancement.
• Market Insights: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and build differentiated product features.
• Performance Tracking: Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs such as adoption, usage volumes, and customer engagement.
• Partnership Management: Manage relationships and integrations with banks, issuers, and technology partners.

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 4+ years of product management experience in digital payments, PPI, or wallet products.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of RBI guidelines, PPI frameworks, KYC/AML compliance.
• Payments Expertise: Hands-on experience with transaction flows, settlement processes, and reconciliation.

Preferred Background

• Prior experience in digital payments, wallets, fintech, or regulated financial services.
• Exposure to multiple payment modes such as UPI, cards, and prepaid programs.
• Experience in merchant solutions or corporate prepaid programs will be an added advantage.
