Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) Channel Sales to lead and expand our channel sales operations for residential projects. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing channel sales strategies, managing partner relationships, and driving sales growth through a robust network of Channel Partners (CPs). You will mentor and guide the CP sales team to achieve targets, enhance productivity, and ensure an excellent partner experience.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive channel sales strategies aligned with business objectives and residential project goals.

- Identify emerging market opportunities and tailor channel initiatives to maximize reach and revenue.

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new Channel Partners to expand the sales footprint.

- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with CPs by engaging through regular meetings,

trainings, workshops, and incentive programs.

- Monitor partner performance, providing feedback and support to optimize sales effectiveness and partnership growth.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the CP sales team to drive high performance and achieve sales targets.

- Set clear KPIs, track team productivity, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

- Facilitate regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance requirements.

- Oversee sales reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting to ensure accurate tracking of targets and progress.

- Use analytics and performance metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the channel sales network.

- Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports to senior management, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute sales collateral, promotional materials, and digital content tailored for CPs.

- Organize and participate in Channel Partner events, site visits, open houses, and residential project launches to boost engagement and lead conversions

- Ensure strict adherence to all legal, regulatory, and company policies in channel sales operations.

- Oversee the accuracy and completeness of all sales-related documentation, contracts, and

agreements with Channel Partners.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 8+ years of progressive experience in channel sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries.

- Proven track record in developing and executing successful channel sales strategies.

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

- Proficient in sales CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics software.
